Researches relationship issues very broadly defined but has most recently focused on long-term impact of parental divorce, minority relationships, and issues of sexuality.
Regularly teaches the following undergraduate courses: Helping Skills, Internship, Psychology of Hip Hop, Introduction to Psychological Inquiry. Also teaches: Psychology Abroad, Abnormal Psychology, Multicultural Issues in Counseling, Statistical Techniques, and Experimental Psychology.
Her graduate course offerings include: Foundations of Mental Health Counseling, Practicum in Clinical Psychology, Principles of Psychological Assessment and Prediction, Internship in Mental Health Counseling, Multicultural Counseling, Abuse, Professional Developmention, Psychological Assessment in Rehabilitation II, and Program Evaluation.
