Black Student Union
The mission of the Indiana University-Kokomo’s Black Student Union is to promote unity among African American students and to plan, create, foster and promote programs that are conducive to the spiritual, academic, vocational, political, economic, and social aspects of wellness that keeps students, specifically African Americans, actively involved in achieving success.
Cougar Advocates for Diversity
This Cougar Advocates for Diversity brings together all university diversity-based programs, supports foreign and international educational programs, and promotes unity and understanding among cultures. CAD seeks to celebrate the diversity in all cultures of the world, while promoting educational understanding which will enable our students to succeed in a cross-cultural global society.
Latinx Student Association
It is the purpose of the Latinx Student Association to enlighten, and bring awareness to the Latinx culture on campus. We are dedicated to improving opportunities and services for Latinx, while welcoming students of all races, ethnic backgrounds, and all those who are interested in promoting diversity. By creating a safe space for students to express concerns, share ideas, grow with self-acceptance, and learn about Latinx languages and cultures. We want to promote academic excellence by providing members with resources so that they may feel empowered, earn a degree, and become successful
Spectrum
Spectrum (formerly GSA) is an all inclusive community that functions to raise awareness of LGBTQIA+ issues and provides an environment to socialize, build bridges and find support.
