The Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs may determine that a student organization is sufficiently involved to constitute a university program. When that occurs all fess for facilities may be waived by the Vice Chancellor.

The Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance in consultation with other cabinet members and the Chancellor, may waiver service fees. These waivers will be made if it is determined a direct benefit to the university is being received, but goodwill would not be an acceptable benefit.

All Facilities Use Agreement Contracts must be completed and signed no less than two weeks prior to every event.
