Academic Year 2019-2020
Learning from experience is at the core of performance improvement, learning, and development. Experiential learning is central to the KEY, and IU Kokomo provides students with numerous opportunities to engage with this kind of learning. The Experiential Learning Certificate is targeted to all faculty who wish to deepen their knowledge and practice of Experiential Learning. This year-long certificate will be earned through attending and participating in workshops and events delivered and sponsored by the IU Kokomo Experiential Learning Academy members.
To earn the Experiential Learning Certificate, one needs to attend and participate in at least 3 workshops and present at one of those. If you are not scheduled to present at Kickoff or monthly workshops, please prepare to present at the wrap-up event in April.
Please visit our event schedule and see the workshops that apply (ELC).
