IU Kokomo does not require, but strongly recommends, that you receive the immunizations listed below. Your school or program of study may require immunization compliance, which will be communicated to you by the school.

All international students must provide documentation that they have been test for tuberculosis in the U.S., the date the test was performed, and the results of the test, or submit to a test administered on campus shortly after arrival.
